Mig Welding

Arc Welding

To have our works ,accurate reliable and according to time fixing,we have the following machines in place.

  • Lathe Machine
  • Capable of machining work pieces with a length of up to 6 meters and a swing of over 1650 mm and loading weight of up to 8 tonnes.
  • Hydraulic presses with an upper limit capacity of 200 tonnes
  • Universal milling machines with a table and width of 1650 mm x 350 mm
  • sheet metal cutting up to 16mm
  • rolling of plates up to 16mm
  • line boring and re-manufacture of earth moving buckets
  • profile cutting up to 50 mm

MIG Welding

  • Sheet metal bending up to 12 mm
  • Slotting and shaping machines for key-way and spline cutting.
  • Manual and hydraulic radial drills up to 80 mm drills
  • Hydro -jetting of steam and broiler pipes
  • welding – aluminium,cast iron,stainless steel ,low hydrogen,bronze
  • Gears
  • sprockets
  • shafts
  • diffs
  • axels
  • trailers
  • splined shaft.

TIG Welding

TIG Welding is a reliable and precise way to connect thinner materials and parts. TIG Welding, which stands for Tungsten Inert Gas Welding, uses an electrical arc created by a tungsten electrode to heat metal pieces.

  • welding, of aluminium, stainless steel, mild steel and brass
  • Strong, high-quality welds with close control of penetration, heat and inner weld bead.
  • higher quality welds with excellent visual appearance
  • Welds can be made with or without filler metal.
